Civil Ceremonies & Partnership
Civil ceremonies and Partnerships at The Plough are conducted by the Carmarthen Registrar*in our light and airy, vaulted setting.
You can also hold your ceremony in our stunning landscaped gardens where the exchanging of rings, the ‘I do’ and first kiss can take place within the spectacular backdrop of the Towy valley, helping to capture beautiful memories.
The legal requirement of signing the register with your witnesses has to take place in the conservatory
Your Reception Venue
At the Plough we have a number of options for your wedding celebration.
The Gallery dining room is an elegant venue making the most of the local countryside views and offers a spectacular setting to your special day. It is light and airy and extends onto the spacious terrace emphasising the room’s spacious al fresco feel.
Alternatively we have our exclusive Conservatory or 'Penlan' private venue for a more intimate gathering.
Our Wedding Co-ordinator's are on hand to guide you through your choice.
Spacious, comfortable and elegant, the Bridal suite is perfect for that special first night.

Dog Friendly Weddings
We know that your four-legged friends are family, and we want to make sure they're part of your special day.
Whether it's a walk down the aisle, a heartwarming photo, or simply enjoying the celebration, your dogs are welcome to share the joy with you.
