Guests are to vacate their rooms by 11am unless a later check-out has been requested with the reception team at a rate of £10. Subject to availability.
Please find time to read the fire procedures on the back of your room door. For your safety, please be aware of the location of the nearest fire exit. If you require assistance during an evacuation, please let our reception team know on your checking day.
A tray charge of £5 for dining (or £3 for drinks) will be added to your final bill, payable at the point of check-out.

Are located on the lower ground floor of the hotel & can be used free of charge for hotel guests. Opens from 9am – 9pm.
You may park in any of the car parking areas around the hotel. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused to vehicles whilst parked here.
2 electric car charging points are situated at the rear of the hotel. Perfect for charging your vehicle ready for the next part of your journey.
To start your charge, simply plug in your vehicle, scan the QR code with your phone and choose to charge your vehicle in full or set a budget.
Our charges are set to a fixed price of £0.40/kWh with no additional fees.
Choose to pay with Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit card, team wallet or charge key via the monta.com website.
The chargers are situated at the rear of the hotel directly outside of some of our lower-ground rooms. Our lower ground rooms have French doors and direct access to the car park.
The hotel honours Cash payments, Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard, Solo, UK Maestro and American Express cards. We do not accept Bank or Postal Cheques.
