Stairs can often be challenging for people with disabilities or walking difficulties, therefore to make your stay more relaxing, please contact us to ensure we can suitably accommodate you during your stay.

We have 2 dedicated rooms to assist those with disabilities or additional needs with each room having walk-in showers.    Shower chairs and toilet seat height adjusters are available on request.

An alternative and popular option for guests with mobility issues is a lower ground floor room where guests are able to enter the room directly from the car park through French patio doors. However please note that access to our communal areas including the main restaurant, lounge, and bar will require walking up stairs.

All communal areas including the main restaurant, lounge, and bar are situated on the ground floor and accessible via both roadside car parks.

Please note, the hotel does not have a lift.  Rooms on the lower ground, 1^st and 2^nd floor are only accessible via stairs.
