Coleg Sir Gar have a Vacancy for the Level 3 Tourism Apprenticeship course in conjunction with us at The Plough. 
One of our current staff members Megan completed this apprenticeship course and really enjoyed it. 
Here is what Megan has gained from taking this course;

"Before I started this apprenticeship and working at the Plough, I had no confidence and I could barely talk to family and friends let alone talk to complete strangers. From this course I have learned to interact with customers on a daily basis bringing me out of my comfort zone, and working with an amazing and friendly team. I have also learned a valuable skill, which is the skill of working in the environment which has gained me first hand learning to delegate with staff members and customer to achieve the high standards the Plough set out. I know for a fact that I would not have learned any of this and improved myself as a person if it wasn't for this apprenticeship course."
